Snow Day // Christmas Cookies

Fayetteville got it’s first snow todayyyy ** cue Lorelei “I smell snow” ** !!! Weather like this really makes me wish I read more, but instead, I made about 16 dozen cookies, walked around in the snow a few times, wrapped some presents and sat on the couch listening to that 10 hour long youtube video of a fireplace. I have a gas fireplace and I’m secretly terrified of filling the house with gas and blowing it up.. sooo fake fires for the win! Christmas is in full swing at my house! Such a happy Sunday πŸ™‚

To anyone who follows Julia Berolzheimer, you can probably tell she heavily influenced my wrapping paper decisions this year. Loved her classic wrapping paper look with the velvet or silk ribbons. She really can do no wrong.

I decided to get these super cute tins from Target to fill with cookies to give to a few of my neighbors & friends around town! Find them here!

Home sweet home
The mini gingerbread men turned out so darn cute, they’re barely as big as my thumb!
the excitement was real
Now whats not to love about a man in a cable knit sweater πŸ˜‰
Just LOVING how the snow made my hair look magical compared to the actual grease ball it was/still is.. πŸ˜‰
lol the reason all my dads cards say “father” is because his name is R.D. and I would consider myself quite poor at writing capital letters in cursive so I went with something a little more fun to write, I’m sure he’ll think of himself very proper after receiving these πŸ˜‰
Off to Sam’s Club to get some pizza! Thanks for making it this far!
Merry Chrysler! πŸ˜›
